I’ve been a resident living in Arzano apt for three years. I’m very pleased with the Office staff. They are all personable & very pleasant people. The apartments are incredibly comfortable living. They are affordable, upscale, luxurious, clean apartment homes.
They provide great outdoor parks for children. Have a nice weight room facility, & big swimming pool. Pets are also allowed. I truly recommend for you to refer your family, and friends to rent here. I’m exceptionally satisfied living at Arzano. Romelia D.

I have lived at a few apartment complexes over the years at Chateau Calais is by far the best! The grounds are beautiful and the pools are very inviting. I love getting up in the morning and going to the office for a Starbucks coffee at no charge then sit on my balcony and watch the chipmunks running around. I am a long-term resident of the Verona apartment community. I have remained here for several reasons, among which is the location, which is close enough to shopping and downtown, yet far enough away for quiet, comfortable living. The manager, Lisa, is accommodating to any concerns tenants have. Although I have had no issues myself, this has been conveyed from neighbors. The ground/maintenance staff is always very friendly and I see them work hard every day to ensure that the property is kept in pristine condition. Also, the community is very family-friendly; there are many children in the community who are able to play safely within the gated property. Schools are also nearby. I am very happy and comfortable living here, and have no plans or reasons to move elsewhere. I would definitely recommend prospective tenants to consider Verona due to all of the above reasons, and the rent is competitively priced as well. Rebecca B

Summer Winds has the best amenities I could ever ask for beautifully surrounded with well manicured lawns and flower beds making it a true desert oasis! Viviani apartments are a wonderful place to feel right at home! I have lived there for a year now and can honestly say it is a place I would recommend. Whether you are single, a couple, or a family. There is beautiful a pool with cabanas, a built in bbq for entertaining guests, a convenience store, gym, gated (the gate is never broken) which I have had a problem with other complexes around the valley. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is EXTREMELY professional. The neighbors are respectful and we look out for each other. Viviani apartments are not only an apartment complex, they coming together to live in a comfortable, safe, quiet, clean, and positive place to call home. Resident #1211

I love living at Acapella because I am valued as a community member. The gathering spaces have helped me to meet my neighbors and make new friends. I love to help with decorating, events and clean up. My apartment is perfect for me. The open layout is great for dinner parties and relaxing with friends.
